Fuck the report though. Knowing how thorough of a guy Paterno was. We all know being a college football coach on any level means the coach has to be a pretty thorough, precise, disciplined man (among other things). Paterno was above all other coaches when it came to these attributes.

Mike McQueary is on record in the grand jury report stating he personally spoke to Paterno about the incident he witnessed. In a courtroom this would be considered evidence.
