all three, moderation is KEY. Quinoa is a great sub for rice. Recipe, saute some 1/4 cup of onion and 1 garlic clove until sweated, add quinoa and chicken stock, add half a chicken bouillon, simmer until finished. Good over salads, in tacos with the turkey or beef, or next to the eggs for breakfast.
