Jefferies said.

Piers Morgan, Lady Gaga feud over his PTSD and rape skepticism

“Give him a f--king chance, mate. Hitler didn’t kill the Jews on the first day, he worked up to it,” the 39-year-old continued.

Morgan then proceeded to call the comments ridiculous and hysterical.

Jefferies also said that Morgan was sucking up to Trump because he won “The Apprentice” and now has a famous friend.

The crowd of the HBO show applauded at the comedian’s points.

“Harry Potter” author J.K. Rowling was also a fan of what Jefferies had to say, tweeting, “Yes, watching Piers Morgan being told to f--k off on live TV is *exactly* as satisfying as I'd always imagined.”

Her post didn’t go unnoticed as Morgan himself responded saying that’s why he didn’t read any of her books.

“If only you'd read Harry Potter, you'd know the downside of sucking up to the biggest bully in school is getting burned alive,”Rowling fired back.

Fellow comedian Patton Oswalt and “Star Trek” actor George Takei also applauded Jefferies’ takedown of Morgan.

The floats at Karneval parades across southern and western Germany are known for their biting satire. This year the main target of their derision was only ever going to be one man.
Carnival is know as die fünfte Jahreszeit (the fifth season) in German. It is a time when the usual rules of polite society are thrown out the window.

In the major cities of the Rhine region the inhabitants become Narren (jesters) for a week, mocking the political establishment of the day with satirical floats which parade through the city centres.

The past twelve months have clearly provided plenty of ammunition to the west German satirists.

In Düsseldorf one of the central floats on Rosenmontag (Rose Monday) showed US President Donald Trump standing next to French presidential hopeful Marine Le Pen, Dutch far-right leader Geert Wilders and Adolf Hitler - all of them sporting carefully coiffed blond manes.

The four populist leaders of past and present held a banner reading “Blond is the new brown”.

Another float in Düsseldorf appeared to show Trump raping the Statue of Liberty, while a neighbouring sculpture inverted a controversial recent Spiegel cover by having the Statue of Liberty behead the US President.

The US leader's relationship to the the Green Goddess was also brought up in Cologne, where has was depicted groping the statue while pulling his election rival Hillary Clinton by the hair on his first day at school. Awaiting him as his classroom buddy was Vladimir Putin.

In Mainz, the US president was depicted as an elephant crashing through crockery. The sign on the float read Trumpel-tier, a pun on the word for a two-humped camel Trampeltier. The word (literally: lumbering animal) is also an insult meaning klotz or clumsy person.

In piece of quite literally biting satire, Trump was portrayed, along with Vladimir Putin, Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the leaders of Poland and Hungary, as a caterpillar munching away at the leaf of democracy.

But Trump wasn’t the only leader to invite the scorn of the Karneval Narren. Theresa May, Prime Minister of United Kingdom, was shown pointing a pistol through her own teeth inscribed with the word Brexit.

Erdogan, who has been accused of human rights abuses after imprisoning thousands of people following an attempted coup in July 2016, was shown screaming "terrorist" at a clown in Düsseldorf.

In Mainz, meanwhile, he had mounted a lawn mower and was cutting down the flowers of democracy and free speech.

Donald Trump may be smart, but mentally he prematurely ejaculates:jackoff:

Donald Trump's latest torrent of early morning tweets — complete withmisspellings and evidence-free allegations that Barack Obama was wiretapping Trump Tower— brings to the fore an issue far larger than their ostensible subject. The fundamental question they raise is whether there is method to Trump's madness. Is he a brilliant tactician folded inside a master strategist wrapped within a genius? Or is he a stumbling fool rolled inside a blundering ignoramus?

The first possibility is impossible to dismiss. Trump's accomplishments, after all, are rather remarkable. For decades he ran a billion-dollar family corporation; he started and presided over a successful reality TV show; most improbably and impressively of all -- as an amateur politician, he defeated a large Republican field as well as Hillary Clinton to become president of the United States and leader of the Free World. Presumably, one cannot accomplish such extraordinary feats without being smart.

Trump himself has regularly boasted about his own intelligence: "Trust me, I'm like a smart person," is what hesaid on his first full day in office, speaking at the CIA. "Sorry losers and haters, but my I.Q. is one of the highest — and you all know it!" is a Trump tweet of fairly recent vintage. Explaining his expertise in foreign policy, Trump has stated that he consults with himself, "because I have a very good brain."

Beyond sheer assertion, Trump has cited evidence, repeatedly pointing to his genetic endowment as expressed in his father's brother: "I had an uncle who went to MIT who is a top professor. Dr. John Trump. A genius," Trump said in a CNN interview in August. "It's in my blood. I'm smart. Great marks. Like really smart."

President Trump accuses Obama of tapping his phones

If we are fortunate, Trump’s native deficiencies will soon cast him down in humiliation and disgrace.
(JIM LO SCALZO/AP)
Trump is certainly correct that IQ is an inheritable trait, and he has also pointed to his sister — a federal appeals court judge — in pleading his own smarts. And while intelligent people typically do not go around boasting of their own intelligence, the fact that Trump repeatedly does so does not mean he is unintelligent; it merely makes him eccentric, and clearly reflects a high degree of insecurity about how he is perceived.

But, of course, intelligence is not a simple thing. Even if Trump has a "very good brain"— or even if he has the best brain in the world — that brain could still be handicapped by other character and personality flaws.

"My attention span is short," Trump baldly acknowledged in his 1990 book, “Surviving at the Top.” In his 2004 book, “Think Like a Billionaire,” he attempted to spin this as an advantage, writing that "most successful people have very short attention spans."

43 PHOTOSVIEW GALLERY
Donald Trump in the White House

That is a doubtful proposition. A short attention span can have obvious and multiple negative effects and few positive ones. For one important thing, it makes learning difficult. Even without a short attention span, one's ability to master a complex new subject diminishes with age. Trump is 70, and with his inability to focus, such learning becomes an insuperable task. This helps to explains why the President requires his daily intelligence briefing to be severely abbreviated, limited only to three topics at a time, and simplified with no presentation of dissenting views.

Ex-Trump executive: I knew he was ill for last 35 years

Trump also is handicapped by an extraordinary ability to utter — and then appear to believe — his own falsehoods. He may well be sincere in maintaining that he saw video footage of thousands of Muslims in New Jersey celebrating the 9/11 attacks, just as he may be sincere in believing that millions of illegal votes were cast for Hillary Clinton in California and elsewhere. He inhabits a world of his own truths that do not necessarily correspond with reality.

Trump is also impulsive. His IQ may be, as he says, "one of the highest," but in practice his brain often ejaculates prematurely, spewing ill-considered statements before gathering all the facts and thinking through the ramifications. Trump's early morning tweets — Saturday's and those of other days — are a striking reflection of all of these deficiencies coming together. A short attention span, a capacity for deception and self-deception, and impulsivity lead Trump down paths which are far from optimal for the country or his own narrow objective of managing the crisis engulfing his fledgling presidency.

(ALI GOLDSTEIN/ALI GOLDSTEIN/NBC)
The bottom line is that Trump may be highly intelligent, but he is also severely handicapped. His native abilities have elevated him to one of the highest positions on the planet. If we are fortunate, his native deficiencies will soon cast him down in humiliation and disgrace.

David Letterman unloads on Trump: ‘You stupid son of a b*tch’
TOPICS:David Lettermanfeaturedson of a bitchTrump
Posted By: Chris Walker March 6, 2017

David Letterman, former host of the Late Show on CBS, is breaking his silence on Donald Trump. And he’s not pulling any punches either. Letterman called the president a “stupid son of a bitch” in a recent interview with Vulture.

Letterman made his comments in response to the president’s take on Rep. John Lewis, a Democratic Congressman who chose to boycott the inauguration earlier this year. Letterman described Lewis, a Civil Rights icon, in admirable terms, while taking time to poke fun at and admonish President Trump for his reaction.

In his time as a fighter for Civil Rights, Lewis received “a goddamned skull fracture,” Letterman points out. “I mean, Trumpy will never have to worry about a skull fracture because of the hair.”

He added, “But in addition to every other thing that’s wrong with the Trump, he’s ignorant in a way that’s insulting to the office, insulting to America, insulting to human rights, insulting to civil rights, insulting to John Lewis.”

Letterman also comments on Stephen Colbert, the successor to his Late Show program. “A lot of people have been able to root themselves in the Trump tsunami, and Stephen is one of them,” Letterman says. But is the show good, in his opinion? “I can’t say much about [Colbert], because I just don’t watch” late night TV.

While host himself, Letterman also made jokes at Trump’s expense on a few occasions, including one time bringing up the fact that many of Trump’s products were made overseas, and not in America.

Donald Trump screws up $50 St. Patrick's Day 'Make America Great Again' hats

The luck of the Irish didn't rub off this time.

President Trump's camp tried to put out a festive green version of his trademark “Make America Great Again” hat for St. Patrick's Day — but made a glaring error with the shamrock.

After the GOP sent a tweet earlier this week advertising the limited-edition hats, people quickly pointed out that the four-leaf clover was used as the design rather than the traditional Irish shamrock — which has three leaves representing the Holy Trinity.

"That's a four leaf clover, not a shamrock. Tell your Chinese factory they screwed up," one user replied.

Trump team misspells 'radical' N.Y. senator Gillibrand's name

"The irony is that they don't even know what the actual Irish symbol is," another added.

Someone replied, "did you honestly expect the @GOP to care to use the right symbol?"

"This is disrespectful to Ireland and the Irish culture. #travesty #StPatricksDay," a Twitter user wrote.

The hats were available for $50, according to reports. However, the link provided in the tweet leads to a dead end — the green hats are no longer up on donaldjtrump.com.

Trump promises Obamacare repeal 'will end in a beautiful picture'

It is unclear where proceeds from the sale were slated to go.

Social media users were quick to slam the POTUS for selling cheap Chinese-made hats, but the website clearly states all of the goods are "proudly" made in the USA.

David Doles who cares considering all the fake wannabe Irish people out in the bars wearing red or Orange that is disrespectful and assuming being Irish is getting drunk. Oh and the true Irish color is blue not green

Donald Trump may have fired US Attorney to stop him investigating his finances, top Democrats suggest
78b7bfaa8f90d771d9c94ec51cbd0d9e

Preet Bharara has been described as 'one of the nation's most aggressive and outspoken prosecutors of public corruption'

Mr Bharara, who oversaw the powerful and affluent southern district of New York, was one of 46 chief federal law enforcement officers fired or asked to resign by Mr Trump last week.

Taking to Twitter, he made it clear that he "did not resign" and had been fired from the role.

Senior Democrats have now suggested that the President was worried about a potential investigation by Mr Bharara who made national headlines after investigating Sheldon Silver, the long time speaker of the New York State Assembly for taking millions of dollars in payoffs. Mr Silver was subsequently convicted on all counts.

A separate investigation secured the conviction of a number of politicians and officials over a complex scheme involving bribery to secure a place on the Republican ballot in the 2013 New York City mayoral election.

Representative Elijah Cumming suggested that this had prompted Mr Trump to order Mr Bharara's firing.

ABC News. " data-reactid="22">"There's a lot of questions coming up as to whether President Trump is concerned about the jurisdiction of this US attorney and whether that might affect his future," he told ABC News.

They said they feared that the US may be "exposed to foreign governments directly and indirectly providing payments and financial benefits to President Trump when those foreign governments may be seeking to influence Executive Branch policies and positions."

Mr Cummings' concerns were echoed by Senator Elizabeth Warren, who tweeted: "You can't fire the rule of law, @realDonaldTrump. You can't shut down ongoing investigations by career prosecutors... The Senate confirms US Attorneys. And you're not replacing real prosecutors with cronies w/out a massive fight."

Mr Bharara has been described as one of "the nation's most aggressive and outspoken prosecutors of public corruption," fêted on the cover of Time magazine under the legend "This man is busting Wall St.", and praised for securing the longest-ever sentence for insider trading while shutting down multi-billion dollar hedge funds.

It was reported in November that Mr Bharara had met with Mr Trump for a discussion brokered by Senator Charles Schumer. " data-reactid="28">It was reported in November that Mr Bharara had met with Mr Trump for a discussion brokered by Senator Charles Schumer.

It is not unusual for presidents to appoint loyalists to many of the 93 US Attorney positions across the nation.

Seth Meyers Goes On Brutal Tirade Against DISGUSTING Donald Trump, “Trump Is A LOWLIFE!”

In his latest “A Closer Look” segment, Seth Meyers addresses all of the devastating moves that Donald Trump and his administration have been pushing on the American people this week.

Meyers brings up possibly the most egregious thing in the budget cut proposal that was revealed mid-week: the drastic cuts to the EPA, the National Endowment of the Arts, and the organization that runs the popular and effective Meals on Wheels program.

In most of these cases, “drastic cuts” actually means “removing any federal funding for these programs completely.” What did Meals on Wheels ever do to you, Donald! As Meyers tells Trump,

“Old people voted for you! Your key demographics were old people and older people.”

While calling him a lowlife and mocking his relationship with Melania probably won’t do anything to change Trump’s mind about taking food away from the elderly, the sick, and many veterans, it makes everyone else feel better while this is all happening.

WSJ editorial: Most Americans may conclude Trump 'fake president'

By Eugene Scott, CNN

video_pinned_white_bg.jpg

WSJ: Trump falsehoods erode his credibility 01:08
Story highlights
  • "If he doesn't show more respect for the truth, most Americans may conclude he's a fake President," the editorial says
  • Trump has refused to back down from unsubstantiated allegations
(CNN)President Donald Trump's repeated lack of "respect for the truth" puts him in jeopardy of being viewed as "a fake President," The Wall Street Journal editorial board says.

"Two months into his presidency, Gallup has Mr. Trump's approval rating at 39%. No doubt Mr. Trump considers that fake news, but if he doesn't show more respect for the truth, most Americans may conclude he's a fake President," reads the editorial, which appeared online Tuesday night.

Trump's problem with truth

"This week should be dominated by the smooth political sailing for Mr. Trump's Supreme Court nominee and the progress of health-care reform on Capitol Hill," the editorial said. "These are historic events, and success will show he can deliver on his promises. But instead, the week has been dominated by the news that he was repudiated by his own FBI director."
While the Journal's editorial board was no friend of Trump during much of the 2016 campaign, the strong language in the editorial is particularly notable given the board's typically conservative outlook and the fact that the Journal is owned by Rupert Murdoch, with whom Trump has had a long and complicated relationship. Murdoch harshly criticized Trump in the wake of his 2015 putdown of Sen. John McCain but has gradually warmed up to the businessman-turned-President.

Explore Trump's progress on key campaign promises

The editorial also slammed Trump for refusing to back off his administration's unsubstantiated allegations that President Barack Obama ordered the wiretapping of Trump Tower. Multiple lawmakers, including Republicans, have called on Trump to apologize to Obama for making the claim without providing any evidence.
"He has offered no evidence for his claim, and a parade of intelligence officials, senior Republicans and Democrats have since said they have seen no such evidence," the editorial board wrote. "Yet the President clings to his assertion like a drunk to an empty gin bottle, rolling out his press spokesman to make more dubious claims."
Asked about the editorial on CNN's "New Day" Wednesday morning, Texas Rep. Pete Sessions said Trump's unverified allegations do hurt his credibility.
"It does hurt," he said. "It hurts a lot not only for my party but for people to have a sobering look at what others are saying."
"I can look at the camera and tell you that we're going to do better. Notwithstanding where the President is with The Wall Street Journal, the American people want and need a better health care bill now and I'm going to help that," Sessions added.

Mexican businessman launches 'Trump' toilet paper after being offended by President's insults
mexico-trump-trademarks-toilet-paper-95717-jpg.

Battaglia, a corporate lawyer, said his idea for “Trump” toilet paper came after President Trump’s comments characterizing migrants who enter the U.S. illegally as criminals, drug runners and rapists offended many Mexicans.
(Antonio Battaglia)

The Associated Press

THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
Updated: Thursday, June 1, 2017, 2:23 AM

MEXICO CITY — A Mexican businessman offended by President Trump's insults to his countrymen is seizing on a possible oversight in the magnate's branding plans.

Corporate lawyer Antonio Battaglia is introducing "Trump" brand toilet paper, marketed under the slogans "Softness without borders" and "This is the wall that, yes, we will pay for."

Mexico's Institute of Industrial Property has granted Trump's company trademarks on his name in sectors such as construction, hotels, tourism, real estate and financial services. But the Trump Organization didn't bother to cover what's referred to in Spanish as "hygenic paper," and Battaglia's trademark for Trump toilet paper was approved in October 2015, according to the institute's records.

Packages are expected to begin rolling off production lines later this year, with 30% of the profits promised to programs supporting migrants.

Battaglia said he was "really bothered" when Trump launched his presidential bid by characterizing migrants who enter the U.S. illegally as criminals, drug runners and rapists.

"My thinking was: We can't keep quiet, right?" he said by telephone from the central Mexican city of Leon. "So with this insult that was made, (I figured) I'm going to add my grain of sand in response."

mexico-trump-trademarks-toilet-paper-74747-jpg.

Battaglia said he’s still identifying which organizations could receive a portion of any profits from his sales, but he hopes to help migrants facing deportation or other legal problems, those who are separated from family members or people trying to normalize their migratory status.
(Antonio Battaglia)
Battaglia said he has signed a contract to manufacture a small initial run worth about $21,400, enough to fill two cargo trucks. He said he hopes to generate enough demand to expand production.

A mock-up package provided by Battaglia boasts it contains four "puros rollos" — a double-entendre that literally means "pure rolls" but can also be understood as "pure nonsense." It shows a grinning cartoon character giving an enthusiastic thumbs-up. It's not an exact likeness of Trump, but its swooping blond locks are a clear nod to the president's famous hairdo.

A lawyer for the Trump Organization did not respond to phone messages and emails seeking comment. But Trump has been aggressive about protecting his brand when he feels it is being encroached upon.

Battaglia argued he is well within Mexican law as the legal trademark-holder, with no direct link between his product and Donald Trump or his image.

Let your President (or #notyourpresident) clean up your dog's poop for you! Politicians are supposed to be "public servants" are they not? President Donald "Dump" Trump will handle any turd your pup can muster, small, medium, or YUUGE!

When you order, you are purchasing three 15-bag rolls of 9" x 13" biodegradable dog poop bags (45 bags total). Each bag is 15 micron in thickness, meaning they bear the strength of a 12 billion dollar border-spanning wall, preventing leaks and tears. President "Dump" Trump's face will be printed on each bag, ready to clean your dog's poop on command. How's that for Commander in Chief?

In President Dump's own words:

"Nobody can handle poop like I do, believe me. My service- it'll be amazing. My face will take care of any problem, even if the problem's the size of ISIS. How? We're gonna bomb the hell out of 'em... with plastic bags. And remember, if your dog isn't a big loser, his poop is going to be tremendous. Nobody does tremendous like me. No one."
