The best mom and pop restaurants in Atlanta?

Im goin back to Atlanta next month and wanna eat at some nice local spots while Im in town. Last time I was there I ate at Houstons and Papadeuxs. But fuck that upscale corporate shit this time. I want some soul food or seafood mom and pop level. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I will be staying in Fulton/East Atlanta.
