Alternatives to Naprosen?

Does anybody know any alternatives to Naprosen, I take it for carpal tunnel syndrome (numbness in hands, wrists and lack of ability to grip things tightly), but the side effects are chest pain and headaches and I dont mean really painful headaches. The chest pain is tolerable but the headaches are alittle more than I care to deal with.
