Question about getting cut

I know what it takes to bulk up and I have gotten somewhat bigger by following the required steps. But I want to know what it takes to get cut, for example, those guys that look like they flexing even when they aint. When I flex I look I work out, but when I am relaxed you would not guess that I work out.

I understand that I have to lift slightly less weights that I did before and do more reps, but what are some numbers? Take biceps for example, how many reps, how many sets, how many different exercises for that area (biceps)?

Peace!

Re: Question about getting cut

no man...lift heavy...you just have to eat slightly less calories than you burn.

there is no magic trick.

Re: Question about getting cut

You can go on what weight lifters and body builders call the "cutting Phase" basically you decrease your calories, lower the ratio of carbs and fats that you normally would eat and do lots of cardio. The think with building muscle is that you are most likely going to gain a little fat along with it. Keep hitting those weights man. That is definitely your best bet. Do good mass building for 3 weeks and then on the fourth rest your muscles so you dont go through "over training"
Use the rest week as your cut phase.

If you can do it try the Ketosis diet. It basically recommends cutting out carbs during the weekdays and loading up on the weekends. I personally would love to try it but getting adapted to Ketosis doesnt feel good.

Oh yeah if thats too much try just cutting out the processed foods. Thats what i have been doing. You lose weight slowly but you feel healthy as fuck.
Cut out the processed carbs and stick to the whole wheats, brown rice and vegies.
Worse comes to worse do the P-90X training series for the 90 days but use the lean scedule vs the mas building scedule

Google Ketosis, cut phase, resistant starch, and over training.

and if that dont work try without drinking!

Re: Question about getting cut

I forgot to add use some fat burners. I dont know if they work because i have been using them for a few months and It really hasnt helped all that much. I just like it cuz it is more convinient then coffee for me. Most of them have substituted cafine for ephedra
