It's not expensive and if you want to try it maybe take 1 a day. Seems the dudes who reported a slight decrease were taking it 3 or more times. Some people cycle it too and that's probably a good idea to test whether there is a noticeable difference. You know how these things are Makk- the intersection of diet, individual body chemistry and metabolism differences are always wild cards with supplements.

Hasn't hurt my libido (I take it 2x a day with my bigger meals) but I have girl parts so.....

Let me know how it works for you sir!
yeah basically the most detailed report of libido issues was a male who said when his bf was below 10% he saw libido impact but not substantial and when it was over 10% no probs at all. I ordered some Scivation liquid capsules. Its supposed to actually hype up ketone production in the liver so this can boost my ketogenic cutting. Yeah your girl parts should remain just fine

Yeah I saw that the article you posted or some others mentioned cycling 1-2 months at a time which should fit about right with my intended bulking and cutting.

I will definitely let you know how it goes. I'm really amped on herbal/natural supps now since I've seen them defeat serious medical prescription drugs. I know that all won't have this success but it has made me more open to trying new things.

I'm glad you got your cholesterol in check. I had some fatty liver issues last year from a seriously poor diet but that has disappeared.

(you ever try nike+?)
