I was the same way until recently. I have seen better results. I make myself drink two when I wake up and only 1 cup of anything thats not water throughout the day.

Questions for the workout heads that have a strict diet or count macros. I am about to cut and downloaded an ap that i can chart what i eat and the macros they have and I found out either its days i dont eat nearly enough or days that i eat way too much. Until i get this down to a science I am going to rock with this ap and see if it help me cut. Whats yall success with cutting and how many calories are yall getting in?

I stopped deadlifting,squatting, and bench pressing a couple years ago. I was deadlifting 450lbs for reps. I can't remember if I ever did 500lbs or not. I'm a lazy lifter.

I should of been deadlifting 600lbs today but I'm a lazy lifter and gave up. I was deadlifting 405lbs in highschool. What really hurt was not giving my all in squats. My squat max was 375lbs I think. If I focused on my squats my deadlift max would of been so much higher.

Okay, so I keep battling insomnia and played a flag football game for cardio the other day on 0 hours of sleep (not sure how I made it), but I started cramping something serious. I don't usually cramp up like that, so I'm sure it has to do with the lack of workouts these past few. However, even as I pulled another all-nighter yesterday; I'm back at it in the gym today around 11... Wish me luck fellas and keep it pushing with the updates!!

Had a long weekend and was tired. Did kettlebell swings before going to work this morning. Nice workout.

Got a few hours of sleep in before I woke up around 4ish then head to the gym at 6am. I had a half cup of coffee with very little creamer in it. Wore a long sleeve shirt and got on the stairmaster for a warmup of 7 minutes and then did legs (quads, hamstrings, lunges, adduction, abduction) then I got on the treadmill for another 7 minutes on level 8.
I'll be back at it this afternoon. Time's up! Time to get it all back. THE GYM OWES ME!!

Keep up the great job gentlemen!
Progress: Pretty tired, going to do body weight excercises today. I hit 600 on the dips yesterday but it wasnt clean. My diet has been shit the past 3 weeks, mainly fast food, chinese, and pizza. Hit the stairmaster for 30 min, felt great! |

Good week at the gym last week. My diet has completely went to shit so I'm back on the keto diet, I feel so much better, clearer, and faster. I'm on my 4th day in, so looking forward to the weekend to pig out. Rewarding myself with nice huge stack of buttered up pancakes.

Got on the scale the other day, 205lbs. I'll be decent at 190lbs. Going on week 3 with my Keto diet. I feel great but looks wise I don't like what I'm seeing. Muscles looking really flat and all around flabby. I feel lighter but my face looks bigger. This has been my diet and nutritional plan.
Wake up and take a GNC Men's Vita pack and 1 1000g L-Arginine pill. This is going to be a tough week, I'm fiending for some chinese food bad!!! I just got to make it to the end of Friday and I'll be alright. I am making great strides when it comes to cutting body fat, I can see my abs thru my beater when I flex hard now. Still getting stronger, my chest has grown in size to the point where chicks like to make fun of my boobs being big as or bigger than their's lol.
If I can stick with this diet and workout routine for 3 months, I'll have an amazing physique. |

Man...I have been getting it in..on and off and I can tell the diff in my body. Diet has went to hell and energy took a plunge. I was hitting the gym hard..all my lifts went up almost 50lbs even push up and pull up game shot up....started drinking damn near everyday cause I was taking diff women out from POF---shit has gotten overwhelming, too fucking easy........fuck ALCOHOL im done and them crazy ass women..Im taking a focus break to get my body back and mental game. Im going on a self inflicted detox... Water,Cranberry pills,virgin coconut oil for 15 days, no POF
