Just bought a couple packs of tofu but the shit is just to bland to eat regularly no matter which way i cook it. what are some different ways to cook it so that it does not have bland jello feel and taste to it.

Cut it in half crosswise and wrap each half in a lot of paper towel and put a heavy pot with water in it on top to press all the water out of the tofu, leave it for like half an hour then you can marinate it and bake it in 375 oven for about 45 min and it will be nice and seasoned and chewy :yes:
Also, if you freeze it overnight then proceed as above it gets a super chewy sponge like texture

My brother is a vegetarian (26yo, been one since he was 9) ... and he likes to do tofu stir-fry and such ... and he pan-fries 'em beforehand with some parmesan and such ... and then adds 'em to the mix (usually brocolli / red peppers / tomatoes / thinly-sliced carrots, etc.
