Lately my boy and I have gone to an out door routine. Both trying to trim down some more. We've gone to doing suicides out on the football field. 10yards back then 20 yards back, then burning out 30 yards. Today we did like 5 sets. I wanted to ask you folks what else are some routines we could add out on the field for a good work out. I swear jogging plus them suicides has my whole body burning.

Here is another running program. Its from a D-1 college:
Mon:
2 x 200 (2:00 min cycle) ex. run a 200 in 30 secs rest for 1:30
10 x 10 (1:00 min cycle) ex. run a 100 in 15 secs rest fo 45 secs
6 x 60
Tues
12 Hills (if you cant find a hill, you can backpedal for 30 yds for 12 reps)
6 x 100 (slow, fast, slow, fast, slow)
Wed Off
Thurs
6 x 80
6 x 60
6 x 40
6 x 20
Fri
8 x 110 (1:00 min cycle)
