Hi folks.
I've been lifting weights pretty regularly for a some time now, usually 2-3 times a week. For a couple of months i've noticed that when I wake up the next morning after a workout I have poor circulation in my arms and shoulders and my arms are numb. (I usually workout at night because thats the only time my schedule permits) Within minutes of waking up or simply re-positioning my arms the numbness goes away but I'd like to avoid it all together. Does anyone have any advice or expertise on the matter.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
