Normally I'm not the type who likes to buy those exercise programs on tv. But this one look prett good. I did alot of searching on this on and haven't found a bad thing about.
But everyone agrees that it is a hard as nails workout.

I have been using P90X for about 6 months and I would highly recommend it. While I have always worked out it did uncover deficiencies (flexibility and core) that I never really knew.

i've been on it for 7 weeks. honestly it is a beast. but with p90x and cardio (running 3-4 miles..i started out doing 1 - 1/2) and eating right, i seen a shit more results then i have just by doing a regular work out and lifting for the past 4 months. so yea i think it's worth it. especially if your trying to get right in 3 months or so, but that all depends on where you are now compared to what you want to be.

I'm not really a workout head but I do one of the p 90x workouts and then hop on the total gym and perfect pushups for a while. That's all body weight, but I dont feel overly tight after

Thanks for all of the feedback. I think I will buy it vs DL'ing it.
I don't feel like going through the dl and converting on this one. I will let ya know it I will pass or crash land. lol
