Basically Im a skinny nigga that wants to get bigger. Been working out bout 7 weeks and seeing some results and now i want to add a couple of pounds. Im thinkin bout using some supplement(already changed my diet, eating healthier, drinking lots of water, etc) My only problem is although im skinny i have somewhat of a belly and unwanted fat.http://bgol.us/board/images/smilies/hmm.gif My question is can i take weight gainers and get bigger while doing cardio and lose my gut or would i have to chose. And if i do have to chose which one should i do first.

You seem to be confused. If I'm understanding you correctly: you want to lose weight while gaining weight. Doing such, in my opinion, is nonsensical. I have zero opinion of which task you should accomplish first, but I would recommend that you pick to either lose fat or gain muscle mass. You don't sound anywhere experienced enough as a lifter to have any sort of clue as to how to somewhat do both.

I think what you saying is that you wanna gain muscle while losing the unwanted fat you have. I understand what you saying. I am tryin to gain weight myself and its hard as hell for me. I would say get on some protein shakes, do a lil cardio but focus on weights more.

Of course you can lose fat while gaining muscle. When I was an 18 year old in basic training, I lost about 10 pounds overall. However, my arms, chest and shoulders just blew up. And, mind you, I wasn't even trying to get bigger.
