Ladies, I go to a physical therapist and they told me that alot of exercises can enhance another muscle in your tummy. the muscle under the six pack!!!! all you have to do is suck in your tummy and hold it for about 5 seconds but continue to regularly breath. if you do that about 20times at least twice a day you'll begin to see a little more definition around your waist.
